Termites are responsible for billions of dollars in damages to structures in the United States every single year. Small, silent invaders that rarely come out in the open, termites are skilled at getting into buildings without being noticed and causing serious damage to the wooden structure inside. Preventing termites before they have a chance to invade is the best way to avoid the threat of termite damage, and whether you need proactive termite prevention or treatment for an active infestation, Pestmaster® Services can help.
Our licensed termite inspectors are experts at finding the subtle signs that indicate active termite infestations. We’ll also look for factors such as excess moisture that may lead to future problems. Both homeowners and contractors alike can benefit from having termite inspections on a regular basis.
Pestmaster® Services offers a variety of termite treatments based on whether you have an active infestation or not, the termite species you’re dealing with, the size of the infestation, and other factors.
We provide treatments for the three most common termite species in the United States:
Subterranean termites
Formosan termites
Drywood termites
Each termite requires a different treatment. At Pestmaster® Services, we offer a wide range of termite control and prevention services in order to rid local homes and businesses of destructive termites and prevent the threat of costly termite damage.
We use a ‘trench and treat’ method to treat subterranean termite infestations. This method treats the soil around the foundation of your home, eliminating active termites and preventing new infestations.
Localized treatments are effective at eliminating drywood termite infestations. Depending on your situation, we’ll either directly treat the wood with borates or use a foaming method.
Placing bait stations in strategic locations in the soil around the perimeter of your structure allows for the non-stop monitoring and prevention of termites.
The best time to protect your house against termite damage is before you build it. Pestmaster® Services provides pre-construction termite treatments so that you won’t have to worry about termites.
If termites get into your home or business and cause damage, Pestmaster® Services offers services to repair the damage caused.
When you are in the process of purchasing a home, you’ll want to have a Wood-Destroying Organism Report written up. In many instances, lenders require that you file this report before they’ll approve your loan. Pestmaster® Services offers this service. One of our licensed termite inspectors will inspect the home, write up the report, and submit it to you and the lender if necessary.
At Pestmaster® Services, we offer a warranty on our termite control services. The length of the warranty and conditions vary based on the type of treatment you receive.
