
Mr. Van Diepen founded Pestmaster Services in 1979 in the small Eastern Sierra town of Bishop, CA. He held a vision of providing the most effective pest management services possible, while maintaining an earnest concern for our environment and safety. Over the past three decades he has transformed his small, local business into a national leader with locations coast to coast.
He is a government contracts specialist, GSA contract holder and a mentor and coach for developing franchisees. He works with state and federal governments to develop economical and cost saving pest and vegetation management programs. Since 2004, Mr. Van Diepen has provided IPM training to the Department of Pesticide Regulation and authored various IPM programs for numerous military installations. As an IPM trainer for the Los Angeles Unified School District, he contributes to steering pesticide use decisions on behalf of 1,100 schools representing millions of children.
Mr. Van Diepen is an expert in the control of invasive pests in riparian and aquatic ecosystems and has served as an expert witness for pesticide related legal matters. His extensive experience in pest and vegetation management programs continue to benefit large corporate and government accounts, including utility and railway companies and school districts.
Mr. Van Diepen holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, is a member of the National Pest Management Association, International Franchise Association, Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, Professional Association of Pesticide Applicators and the Los Angeles Unified School District's IPM Board. Mr. Van Diepen is a consultant for the Society of Industry Leaders and the Centers for Disease Control. He holds various structural and agricultural pest control licenses in the states of: Alabama, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming.
Mr. Morris began working with Pestmaster Services as a Branch Manager for the Corporate office in Bishop, CA but quickly displayed strong leadership and follow-through that lead to him taking on more responsibility. His dedication to superior customer relations is second to none. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and works closely with his teams to ensure work is completed entirely, fairly, and to the highest standards. Mr. Morris was awarded Pestmaster Services' 'Rookie of the Year' award in 2009 and 'Most Valuable Player' award in 2010.
Ten years as an infantry squad leader in the U.S Army instilled these already innate qualities in him. His Army experience developed a sense of responsibility and commitment to the welfare of those he was in charge of. He brings that responsibility and commitment to his role at Pestmaster Services. Mr. Morris currently holds Branch II and Branch III pest control licenses in the state of California, as well as a QAL for landscape pest control and right of way services.

Mr. Gemigniani has an undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico in Finance and Management. He went on to the University of Southern California to receive his MBA degree in Finance, Management and Information Technology. After that, Mr. Gemigniani went on to MIT to study Information Movement and Management under a special executive program for AT&T Management.
Mr. Gemigniani has more than 35 years business experience. Twenty-one of those years were spent with AT&T where he was a Client Business Manager responsible for more than $160 million dollars of recurring annual revenue. Glen worked with existing franchise clients of AT&T and went on to develop a Franchise program for businesses who wanted to resell AT&T services. That program became so large it became a separate Division within AT&T.
Mr. Gemigniani's primary focus will be to work with the exisitng Pestmaster Franchise owners and to actively grow the number of Franchise locations. With regards to Business Development, he will assist the Contracts department to identify new opportunities in matching future franchises to future contracts.
Mr. Gemigniani believes that as the recession is ending more opportunities will present themselves to all Pestmaster locations for new and expanded business opportunities. He is looking forward to getting to know each of the franchisees and working with them closely.
Ms. Sube began her career with Pestmaster Services as a researcher for the contracts department. Her sharp mind and dependable follow through made her a first choice for many departments and when her role was moved to another location she was quickly snapped up by Pestmaster Franchise Network (PFN) and Corporate administrators. She works closely with PFN assisting in franchise training, support and compliance. She assists with the Company's insurance requirements, license renewals, and corporate administrative duties. Her superb performance won her the 'Rookie of the Year' award in 2010.
Ms. Sube graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. She made the Dean's list every semester and finished with a 3.54 GPA. She's brought this same commitment to Pestmaster Services.

Chuck Jehle has over 25 years experience in working with small businesses in the roles of Sales, Marketing and Management. His recent experience includes assisting clients with government contract sales by attaining various levels of SBA status including 8(a), certified small business, veteran business, women's business, and HUBZone.
Mr. Jehle was introduced to entrepreneurship early in his business career. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing he entered the business world as Vice President and co-owner of Sea Quest, Inc. He helped build this sporting goods manufacturer from concept – assisting in all areas of its rapid growth over a 10-year period.
Mr. Jehle's current skills encompasses contract sales, internet marketing and social media, as well as developing low cost 'guerilla marketing' methods to retain satisfied customers and increase sales.

As Pestmaster Services’ Business Development and Contract Specialist, Ms. Wright’s responsibilities include identifying new opportunities around the country, identifying matches for the company’s coast-to-coast operations as well as new opportunities, and creating and submitting proposals for issued solicitations from various agencies.
Ms. Wright has built strong relationships with the company’s franchise owners and branch managers and is always on the lookout for new, viable opportunities to help build the business. Her office management experience in fast paced environments, along with first rate written and oral communication skills are effective contributors to her excellent teamwork, new business development, and customer service.

Stuart Mitchell is an observing physician; Board Certified in Family Medicine, Board Certified and a Fellow of Integrative Medicine, Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and a Certified Medical Investigator. In addition, he is an entomologist; Board Certified in Urban, Industrial, Medical, and Veterinary. In addition, he holds PhD's in Biology, Entomology, and Zoology and has been in the pest management industry since 1982, has served as a technical specialist, technical director, consultant, expert-witness, columnist, author, lecturer, speaker, Board Certified Entomologist Program Director in 2009, and technical director of the National Pest Management Association.
Currently, Dr. Mitchell serves as principal technical specialist for PestWest Environmental, Sarasota, FL. In addition, he serves as a technical consultant and trainer for Pestmaster Services, Inc., Bishop, CA.
